1. Services Provided

JJT Consulting Group provides business consulting, funding education, funding placement assistance, and coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • 0% interest credit card funding

  • Business credit consulting

  • Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) placement

  • DSCR and real estate funding guidance

  • Shelf corporation facilitation

  • Credit education and funding strategy coaching

We do not guarantee approval, funding amounts, interest rates, or specific outcomes.

2. No Guarantee of Funding or Approval

All funding decisions are made solely by third-party banks, lenders, or financial institutions.
JJT Consulting Group:

  • Does not issue loans or credit

  • Does not make underwriting decisions

  • Cannot override lender requirements

  • Cannot guarantee approvals, limits, or timelines

Client results vary based on credit profile, income, business structure, banking history, lender guidelines, and market conditions.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

  • Submit requested documents promptly

  • Maintain open communication with your assigned advisor

  • Follow funding instructions exactly as provided

  • Avoid applying for additional credit without approval during active funding processes

Failure to comply may result in delays, denial, or termination of services without refund.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

Fees

Fees may include:

  • Consulting fees

  • Success-based funding fees

  • Flat-rate service fees

  • Shelf corporation fees

All fees are disclosed prior to engagement and/or outlined in your signed agreement or invoice.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Consulting services

  • Credit reviews

  • Funding preparation

  • Shelf corporations

  • Advisory time and strategy

Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued regardless of funding outcome.

5. Third-Party Relationships

We may introduce clients to:

  • Banks

  • Lenders

  • Credit repair companies

  • CPAs

  • Attorneys

  • Shelf corporation providers

We are not responsible for third-party services, decisions, fees, timelines, or outcomes. Any agreement entered into with a third party is strictly between you and that entity.

6. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

JJT Consulting Group does not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Tax advice

  • Accounting advice

  • Investment advice

Clients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals before making financial or legal decisions.

7. Credit Authorization

By submitting applications or working with us, you authorize:

  • Soft or hard credit inquiries (when applicable)

  • Verification of personal and business information

  • Communication with lenders on your behalf

Credit pulls may impact your credit score. JJT Consulting Group is not liable for credit changes.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, training, scripts, workflows, branding, and intellectual property are owned by JJT Consulting Group.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Republish

  • Sell

  • Distribute

  • Reproduce

Any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJT Consulting Group shall not be liable for:

  • Denied applications

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Credit score changes

  • Lender decisions

  • Delays or errors by third parties

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid to us for services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJT Consulting Group, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from:

  • Misrepresentation

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of services

  • Violation of laws or regulations

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if:

  • False information is provided

  • Abuse or misconduct occurs

  • Client violates these Terms

  • Client interferes with lender processes

Termination does not entitle the client to a refund.

12. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State in which JJT Consulting Group operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
