All payments made to JJT Consulting Group are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Consulting services

  • Funding preparation and advisory services

  • Credit analysis or strategy sessions

  • 0% interest credit card funding assistance

  • Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) services

  • DSCR or real estate funding consulting

  • Shelf corporation services

  • Coaching, education, or digital products

  • Success-based or flat-rate fees

Once services begin, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued for any reason.

2. No Guarantee of Results

JJT Consulting Group does not guarantee:

  • Funding approval

  • Specific funding amounts

  • Interest rates or credit limits

  • Timelines for lender decisions

Funding outcomes are determined solely by third-party lenders and financial institutions. A denial, delay, or lower-than-expected approval does not qualify for a refund.

3. Service Initiation

Services are considered “initiated” when any of the following occurs:

  • A consultation or onboarding call is completed

  • Credit or business information is reviewed

  • Strategy or funding preparation begins

  • Documents are collected or analyzed

  • Applications, introductions, or submissions are prepared or sent

  • Shelf corporation processing begins

Once initiated, the service is fully non-refundable.

4. Client Non-Compliance

No refunds will be issued if a client:

  • Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information

  • Fails to submit required documents

  • Does not follow instructions or funding guidelines

  • Becomes unresponsive or abandons the process

  • Applies for unauthorized credit during the process

5. Shelf Corporation Purchases

All shelf corporation purchases are strictly non-refundable once ordered or processed, as these involve third-party costs and legal filings.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes are considered a breach of this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks with evidence of services rendered

  • Terminate services immediately

  • Pursue collection or legal remedies if necessary

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer a partial credit or alternative service instead of a refund. This does not establish a precedent or obligation.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
