Refund Policy

General Terms

All payments made to JJT Consulting Groupare final and non-refundable, except under strictly defined circumstances outlined below. By submitting payment, you accept and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

Refund Policy by Service Type

Funding Services (0% Interest Credit, DSCR Loans, Merchant Cash Advances)

Refunds will not be granted under any of the following conditions:

- You are disqualified due to inaccurate, incomplete, or misrepresented information (e.g., credit score, financial history, banking relationships).

- You receive lender introductions or offers but choose not to proceed.

- Your profile or banking behavior results in lender denials or account closures after approval.

- Our team has initiated work including onboarding, CRM tagging, document review, or bank representative introductions.

Refunds may only be considered if:

- No onboarding call or intake consultation was completed.

- No lender communications, introductions, or backend processes were initiated.

Coaching and Training Programs (Sales, Closers, Internal SOP Access)

Due to the proprietary nature of our content and tools, coaching programs are 100 percent non-refundable once access is granted. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Access to training documents (e.g., New Closer Bible, SOPs)

- Internal playbooks or templates

- Recorded or live coaching sessions

Additional Terms

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with our support team violates the agreed payment terms and may result in debt collection, contract enforcement, credit reporting, and/or legal action.
